Abstract
A 45-year-old woman presented with a history of dull aching right lower quadrant pain on and off for 6 months. In 1996 she had undergone laparoscopic left ovarian endometriotic cystectomy after which she conceived. She then had 2 normal vaginal deliveries, but in 2005 during her second delivery she had a subtotal hysterectomy for severe postpartum hemorrhage. In 2013 she underwent a laparoscopic right adnexectomy with left salpingectomy for endometriosis.
