Abstract
We report on room temperature photorefractive properties of CdTe/CdZnTe quantum wells. The device works as a distributed Self Electro-optic Effect device based on a Schottky diode and optical modulation of the excitonic absorption in the CdTe/CdZnTe quantum wells.
