Romanian Public Sector. A Corporate Approach

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the evolution of corporate governance instruments in the Romanian public sector as a form of expression of New Public Management. The paper is divided into three chapters that are analyzed the theoretical aspects of corporate governance as a model of coordination, comparative aspects of corporate governance in the private and public sector and identification of the elements of corporate governance applied in the romanian public sector.
