Abstract
Abstract Infertility leading to the inability to conceive is a common problem but indication of assisted reproductive technologies (ARTs) is not a mandate always. Female factors are major highlighted issues in these cases but the importance of male factors and/or some unexplained reasons are not often explored. Ayurveda is known for treatments of infertility that range in variety, and cater based on the specific needs of each case. These treatment options often are the choice of many couples who wish to conceive naturally avoiding ART. We report a case study of a couple who presented with primary infertility treated with Ayurveda treatments with primary improvements in the male component (asthenozoospermia) and addressing a secondary/subclinical infection in his female counterpart.
