Abstract

To investigate the role of nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB) in the pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases. NF-κB is generally existent in many kinds of cells. It is an important transcription factor which participates in many physiological and pathological processes. As the core of signal transduction pathway,NF-κB closely related to the pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases.
