Abstract

One of the issues of the day of modern elementary school is a moral, labor education, the formation of hard work at the school according to the authors Researches of educational young generation problems should be based primarily on the knowledge of folk pedagogy. Using the ideas of national pedagogues in educational practice and upbringing related to the need to appeal modern conditions to the socio-historical and cultural memory of the people. Contact with folk art and traditions spiritually enriches the child, brings pride for its people, supported his interest in history and culture. In this article the authors say that the industry has long occupied a central place in human values, considered as a virtue, it is greatly facilitated by well-being in later life. Labor education for children includes not only teaching them with everything necessary for a peasant life skills, but also form a child's special attitude to work as vital to the livelihoods and as internal moral needs of the person. On the example of Russian folk tales, the authors show that the hard work is always rewarded , and laziness, the desire to obtain undeserved benefits is derided. The article notes that in fairy tales figuratively reveals the meaning of many proverbs and sayings. After analyzing the value system of Russian fairy tales, we can conclude that in most fairy tales reflect the best of the people: kindness, diligence, compassion, boundless devotion to the people and the homeland. Fairy tales are an important educational tool, developed over the centuries and proven by people. Life, people's practice of education convincingly demonstrated pedagogical value of fairy tales, so familiarity with folk tales must necessarily be included in the primary education system.
