Abstract
The early stages of the clearance of thrombin-J-131 in the blood of organism of adult rats after its intravenous (i.v.) injection in v. jugularis were studied. It was found out, that the i.v. administration of heparin before of thrombin injection accelerates the formation of the nonenzymatic solvents of the non-stabilized fibrin in the blood stream and their accumulation in the liver and in the lungs. These agents are the complexes of heparin with fibrinogen and other proteins of blood plasma. The absorption of thrombin-J-131 from the blood stream occurs mainly in the liver in form of complex thrombin-J-131-heparin. The specific radioactivity was found in the lungs at the comparatively low level. However, a very significant accumulation of other complexes of heparin is connected with this organ. These agents promote the rapid lysis of the non-stabilized fibrin. There was no formation and accumulation of the active products causing the nonenzymatic fibrinolysis in the spleen.
