This article develops into the underexplored legal implications of robotic surgery and identifies distinct medicolegal problems. The article highlights the need for comprehensive guidelines, regulations, and training programs to navigate the medico legal aspects of robotic surgery effectively, thereby unlocking its full potential for the future development.
