Abstract
<h3>Study Objective</h3> To demonstrate a 360-degree approach to debulking of an enlarged malignant right pelvic lymphadenopathy <h3>Design</h3> A surgical video case presentation. <h3>Setting</h3> A University affiliated teaching hospital. <h3>Patients or Participants</h3> A 78-year-old patient with uterine serous cancer. <h3>Interventions</h3> Robot assisted laparoscopic debulking surgery. <h3>Measurements and Main Results</h3> Complete debulking is accomplished to no residual disease. Video demonstrates approach to debulking the enlarged right pelvic lymph node. <h3>Conclusion</h3> Robot assisted laparoscopic debulking of enlarged pelvic masses allows enhanced identification of anatomy and adequate safe dissection.
