Abstract
Eating foods such as undercooked eggs and rare hamburgers can increase one's risk for foodborne illness, especially for highly susceptible populations such as pregnant women and very young children. Women (n = 755) enrolled in the Texas Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program were surveyed to learn whether they consumed risky foods.
