Abstract

In this second part of their two-part paper, Johan Henning and Gerrie Eberson conclude their insightful exploration of the possibilities provided by the growth of the Internet in South Africa in which they provide an assessment of the potential risks to the South African markets posed by market manipulation, insider trading, money laundering, viruses, hackers, software piracy and electronic espionage and discuss some of the possible solutions to these growing problems.
