Abstract
On March 2, 2023, the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) saw the opening of a regional civil forum “Man of Labor: New Challenges and Opportunities”. The list of tracks of the strategic session covers the system of social and labor relations and creates risks in the labor market, caused mainly by internal factors.
