Coconut Creek (Florida), ISSN 0749-0208.In the context of supply-side reform, aiming at providing scientific references and guiding methods for the hierarchical risk prevention and control of marine coal enterprises, this paper explores the risk factors of marine coal enterprises and proposes several risk prevention and control methods; it adopts questionnaire survey and induction method to research and analyze marine coal enterprises, and obtains the rank of the risk factors of marine coal enterprises from high to low as: organization management> core competence> production and sales> key resources> safety assurance > policies and regulations> industry market; the paper proposes four types of risks: large risk volume/low controllability; large risk volume /high controllability; small risk volume/low controllability; small risk volume/high controllability. The research results lay a basis for the in-depth discussion of risk identification, prevention and control, and provide a strong data support for the accurate identification of risk factors and the risk prevention and control methods.
