Abstract
Improving the processes of managing society and its institutions opens up new opportunities for all economic and social actors, but at the same time leads to the emergence of new risks and threats. The article discusses possible risks and ways to solve them in the process of implementing crowdsourcing projects in the sphere of public administration on the example the functioning of the information system of the city of Moscow «Crowdsourcing platform of the Government of Moscow», through which citizens interact with executive authorities.
