Abstract

Objective To investigate the risk factors of patients with pressure ulcers caused in surgery operating room, and propose appropriate nursing strategy. Methods Randomly selected 256 cases in hospital during January 2012 to January 2014, according to Braden pressure ulcer risk assessment form for preoperative assessment, all the patients were divided into two groups: pressure ulcer group and control group. We compared clinical data of two groups, and analyzed the risk of pressure ulcer, and propose targeted nursing. Results Body mass index, operative time, amount of bleeding during operation, and Braden score were risk factors for the occurrence of pressure ulcers. Conclusions According to the reason of the pressure ulcer surgery, we should take reasonable care measures to effectively prevent and reduce the risk of pressure ulcers incidence with very positive clinical significance.
