Abstract

IEEE As a number of new energy sources are connected to distribution network, it has brought unavoidable risks to the distribution network. However, there is no risk assessment method for high-penetration new energy sources, and traditional risk assessment methods are difficult to quantitatively assess the risk. In order to accurately evaluate the operation risk of new energy distribution network with high penetration rate, a set of risk indicators is constructed from four aspects: voltage over-limit risk index, thermal stability over-limit risk index, dynamic stability over-limit risk index, and harmonic over-limit risk index. The evaluation index system of distribution network including new energy and high penetration rate, considering that there are many risk assessment indicators of distribution network, lack of intuition, and it is difficult to directly apply to actual planning and design work, the evaluation indicators are divided into three levels, using the entropy weight method assigns weights to the risk indicators of each level of the distribution network in turn, and then adds the standardized indicators by weight to obtain a comprehensive evaluation result of univariate quantification. Finally, through the test and analysis of standard examples, the validity and accuracy of the method proposed in this chapter are verified.
