Abstract

As digital consumers, we expect our interactions to be frictionless: we are accustomed to making low-value payments using a card or mobile device without the disruption caused by entering a complex passcode. But we also want to enjoy more security, not just in banking but across all our interactive experiences – being able to verify our identity quickly, securely and without fuss. The challenge this presents for organisations is to offer a superior customer experience without compromising security.
