Abstract

As an emerging trading mechanism, the carbon market has been widely promoted and paid attention to. On the basis of analyzing the current status of carbon emission market trading in my country’s current pilot cities, this paper considers 12 risk evaluation indicators from four dimensions of external risk, transaction risk, operational risk and management risk, and uses the entropy weight-TOPSIS method to establish a pilot city carbon emissions. Market transaction risk evaluation model, select the pilot city of Guangzhou to carry out empirical analysis. The results show that the operational risk has a greater impact on the pilot cities, and the corresponding risk evaluation indicators should be managed in order to improve my country’s carbon emission market system.
