Abstract

This research relies on the valve cooling system of Converter Station UHV DC. The valve cooling system is based on the on-site operation and maintenance perspective, combined with the project acceptance, commissioning and research operation stages of experience accumulation, using the valve cooling system complete secondary wiring drawings, relevant equipment data and valve cooling control and protection system software on the haoprdware platform, the technical characteristics of valve cooling system structure circuit and control and protection system are comprehensively compared and analyzed. The risk identification of possible dangerous points in the operation and maintenance process is carried out, so as to find out the potential safety hazards, and formulate corresponding risk control measures, rectification suggestions, and operation and maintenance technical solutions.
