Abstract

On-site operation and maintenance is an important part of power communication operation and maintenance whose safety, quality and efficiency are directly related to the effectiveness of power communication operation and maintenance. In order to solve the problems of low efficiency of on-site operation and maintenance, low utilization of work orders and low quality of operation and maintenance, this paper applies NSGA to on-site operation and maintenance scheduling and improves the efficiency of the algorithm by using elite strategies, density estimation and fast non-dominated sorting. Simulation shows that, by applying the proposed method, the high efficiency and high quality on-site operation and maintenance can be achieved.
