Abstract
With the wide application of algorithm recommendation technology in commercial media platforms, the gatekeeping theory of traditional media information dissemination has been subverted, and the value standard of "content is king" has been replaced by the business logic of " traffic first", which may cause information cocoon, induce group polarization, intensify value differentiation, cause dilution of mainstream value discourse, and even cause ideological risks. In the era of intelligent media, media platforms can safeguard the "ballast" status of public opinion of mainstream value discourse and better play the guiding role of mainstream value by strengthening platform social responsibility, optimizing algorithm technology and enriching the communication forms of mainstream value.
