Abstract

The full-scale war led to the search and introduction of new legal means aimed at restoring and maintaining law and order, protecting the civilian population, organizing the military-industrial and humanitarian complex, and the functioning of all spheres of social relations. Ukrainian society is still adapting to the realities of the war waged by the Russian Federation against Ukraine. Accordingly, the political, economic, and social relations of Ukraine are in constant dynamics and require legal influence.
Law-making has always been and remains a complex and multifaceted legal activity that requires comprehensive research. Therefore, the relevance of the prepared monograph "Law-making and law-making in the conditions of martial law and peace-building" does not cause doubts and objections. It should be emphasized right away that this work is based on a significant source base and deep analytical work carried out by the author's team. Moreover, it is worth noting the thorough approach of the author's team to the selection of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the research, outlined in the monograph. This undoubtedly helps in understanding the issues raised in the peer-reviewed work, and in some cases provides additional arguments in favor of the positions advocated by scientists.
