Abstract
- This research paper presents a detailed review of user behaviors at the Board Office Junction in MP Nagar, Bhopal - an important urban crossing where there is massive traffic flow with pedestrians in huge volumes. The objective of this research study is to identify behavioral patterns that influence the flow of traffic, safety, and convenience for pedestrians by systematically observing the interaction of pedestrians, vehicles, and public transport. The key observations show challenges such as pedestrian non-compliance with traffic signals, congestion caused by street vendors, and vehicle violations. (Bhopal Municipal Corporation., 2022). The study further explores the role of urban infrastructure and traffic control measures in shaping user behavior and provides recommendations for improving traffic management, safety, and overall urban mobility in the region. Key Words: User behavior, pedestrian behavior, traffic flow, urban mobility, street vendors, public transport.
