Abstract
A system of differential equations is proposed as a kinetic model of operation of structurally unstable polymer membranes. The mathematical model is analyzed qualitatively. Numerical integration is used to investigate the influence of the individual parameters of the model on the oscillations of the surface-active substance concentration and membrane porosity. A model of a pore ensemble is proposed to account for the dynamic aspect of the formation-collapse of the disperse structure of the polymer. The internal dynamics of the formation and collapse of micropores is calculated. The correlation between the set of models, experimental data, and the properties of the system in the description of the nonstationary transfer of substances is discussed.
