Abstract
A line of metastable equilibrium between two amorphous semiconductor phases was determined resistometrically in the $T\ensuremath{-}P$ diagram of the ${\mathrm{Zn}}_{41}{\mathrm{Sb}}_{59}$ alloy in the temperature range from 17 to $75\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{}\mathrm{C}.$ The amorphous nature of both phases was examined by x-ray diffraction at high pressures using a diamond-anvil cell and synchrotron radiation. The starting bulk amorphous sample was prepared by solid-state transformation of the quenched crystalline high-pressure $\ensuremath{\delta}\ensuremath{-}{\mathrm{Zn}}_{41}{\mathrm{Sb}}_{59}$ phase during its heating at ambient pressure.
