Abstract
Introduction: Supracondylar humerus fractures are commonly classified based on fracture displacement, utilizing the Gartland classification. To our knowledge, there are no reports in the literature describing the fracture pattern presented in this report. We present three cases of Gartland Type III supracondylar humerus fractures with reverse obliquity in the sagittal plane and describe the implications of this finding in guiding prognosis and reduction techniques.
