Abstract

The tendency of recreational and tourist development of agrarian territories and the need to revalorize memorial estate complexes as elements of these territories is highlighted. Relevance is determined by the need to attach greater importance to territories and structures of great historical and cultural importance. The need to take measures aimed at improving the architectural and artistic value and quality of the urban and architectural environment of historical manor complexes. The territory of the former Mechnikov estate in the village of Mechnikovo, Kharkov region, was selected for testing. In the 19th century, this village belonged to the noble family of the Mechnikovs; an outstanding scientist, Nobel laureate Ilya Mechnikov spent his childhood there.The purpose of the article is to determine the methods of revaluation of historical and memorial complexes.The object of the study is the territory of the former Mechnikov estate in the village of Mechnikovo, Dvurechansky district, Kharkiv region.The subject of the research is methods of revaluation of historical and memorial complexes.Research methodology - consists of a comprehensive analysis and includes;1. Field survey and graphic processing of the research object;2. Retrospective analysis of the environmental characteristics of the historic estate;3. Analysis of theoretical works, regulatory documents, design solutions;4. Systematization of theoretical research and design developments.
