The above article, published online on 26 June 2018 in Wiley Online Library (wileyonlinelibrary.com), has been retracted by agreement between the authors, A. Youssef and R. Kamel; the journal Editor-in-Chief, Anthony Odibo; and John Wiley & Sons Ltd. The retraction has been agreed as the authors, A. Youssef and R. Kamel informed the journal team of numerous instances (48/136) of duplicated cases included within the study. Both authors agree that the error was unintentional. Due to the extent and nature of this error, the editors have lost confidence in the data presented.
