Abstract
In this research, two novel MOFs have been prepared through utilizing two similar organic tetracarboxylic ligands with different functional groups, and their chemical formulae are (H 2 NMe 2 )[(Gd (L 1 )(H 2 O) 2 ]·2H 2 O ( 1 , L 1 = [1,1’:4′,1″-terphenyl]-2,2″,5,5″-tetracarboxylic acid) and [Gd 3 (L 2 ) 2 (HCOO)(H 2 O) 4 ]·6H 2 O ( 2 , L 2 = 2′,5′-difluoro-[1,1’:4′,1″-terphenyl]-2,2″,5,5″-tetracarboxylic acid). The gas sorption measurements reveal that complex 2 could selective adsorb C 2 H 2 from a mixture of C 2 H 2 /CO 2 around the ambient temperature. In order to generate novel candidates to conduct the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage, the prothrombin time (PT) and fibrinogen (FIB) determination was conducted after compounds treatment. The levels of inflammatory cytokines of TNF-α and IL-1β on postpartum hemorrhage animal model were evaluated with ELISA detection kit.
