The authors have published the same manuscript in two journals (South Eastern European Journal of Public Health) and (Journal of public health in africa). The Ediotiral office of SEEJPH have contacted the corresponding author multiple times and failed to hear back on the explanation. As dual publication of a same manuscript is a serious academic misconduct and malpractice, as per the suggestions from the Executive editor (Prof. Genc Burazeri) and founding editor (Prof. Ulrich Laaser) of "South Eastern European Journal of Public Health (SEEJPH)", we have retracted this article from the SEEJPH website.
