Abstract

Femoral stem fractures are generally considered in young patients. Still, they have reviewed 24 cases in patients over 60 years of age who have been treated with locking nails, usually by the closed method. Women with shallow speed injuries, but despite this, 14 fractures were significantly crushed. The incidence of complications is 54%, and the perioperative mortality rate 17%. Most problems are with the average person working in old age. Specific complications include femur and low procurement, abnormal hip fractures with nails at the adjacent fractures' tip. In the survivors, femoral stem fractures were satisfactory and cohesive, and fitting allowed early mobilization. Locking nails seem to be an effective way to manage femoral stem fractures in elderly patients. Femoral stem fractures require a high-impact injury mechanism, which is uncommon and is common in patients with multiple injuries from time to time. Conversely, the indirect trauma mechanism can cause a complicated femoral stem fracture, especially in elderly patients with small bone stock quality. The proposed platform integrates with enhanced user experience and service capability and integrates demographic devices (for example, wearable sensors and smart drug packaging) with home health services (e.g., telemedicine). The feasibility of the applied Home demographic fitness platform has been demonstrated in field experiments.
