Abstract
O objetivo deste artigo é o de apresentar as conseqüências, no campo da responsabilidade internacional, previstas na hipótese de violação de norma de jus cogens. O estudo baseia-se no Projeto de Artigos sobre Responsabilidade Internacional dos Estados por Ato Internacionalmente Ilícito de 2001 elaborado pela Comissão de Direito Internacional das Nações Unidas. A análise do Projeto permite distinguir diferentes regimes de responsabilidade, com destaque para o regime comunitário agravado que trata de violações graves de normas imperativas de direito internacional geral.
