Abstract
We developed a resonant magneto-optical Kerr effect (RMOKE) measurement system that includes polarization analysis by using a high harmonic generation laser. Energy components around the Fe 3p absorption edge were separated by using multilayer mirrors. By using rotating-analyzer ellipsometry, we demonstrated longitudinal RMOKE measurements from the Fe(001)-p(1×1) terminated with oxygen.
