Abstract
This business case enlightens two key topics: the resilient leadership, and the people-oriented company culture, with specific regard to the hospitality and tourism sector. It provides managers, leaders and business school students in tourism and hospitality with actionable research-based knowledge, reflecting on how leadership could more effectively cope with adversities at the workplace. Secondly, this case study provides also an actionable research-based knowledge about the benefits for companies to adopt a clear and shared organizational culture and company identity.
