Abstract

Blended learning combines the advantages of both in-person and online learning. Researchers applied various methodologies before and during the COVID-19 pandemic to better understand its impact on educational achievement and how the environment provides a better experience. Following the growing popularity of E-learning tools and environments, this study explores whether blended learning offers a sound concept and notion for the selection of learning and implementation techniques in software development to optimize the process.
