Abstract

The fault diagnosis of the complex electromechanical system is the basis for the normal operation of the system, while the real-time monitoring for the system is a safeguard for safety production. Therefore, the equipment fault diagnosis and prediction currently becomes one of the hottest research topics. This paper summarizes and reviews the research status in this field from three aspects, namely, the basic research of the maintenance theory, the condition-based maintenance and safety research and the research of the fault diagnosis software system, and summarily sets forth the applied concept, methods and technology, and predicts the future trend of development.
