Abstract
Hepatitis B is a higher incidence of infectious diseases,for a long time,clinical testing for hepatitis b virus (HBV) infection and judgment liver cells damage rely mainly on the traditional HBV serum markers and liver function.In recent years,along with the in-depth study of the hepatitis b virus large surface protein ( LHBs),people come to realize the importance of LHBs.LHBs exists in HBV particles,encoded by the surface antigen gene,synthesized in endoplasmic reticulum,secreted through the golgi apparatus.LHBs plays an important role in HBV infection and replication,LHBs also can cause liver cell apoptosis,LHBs'assay can react the level of the liver cell damage,what's more,LHBs can lead to hepatoma,especially mutational LHBs,the mechanism of LHBs causing hepatoma provides new ideas for the prevention and treatment of hepatoma in clinical.Therefore,LHBs detection in should get more attentions in clinical.
