Abstract
MircoRNA (miRNA) is a class of small non-coding RNAs with 18 ～24 nucleotides in length and targets the 3' Untranslased region.miRNA plays an important role in negative regulation through promoting the degradation of mRNA or preventing the translation of mRNA.Inflammation is a defensive reaction occurring in living tissues with vascular system.On one hand,inflammation protects the tissue from damage by clearing harmful factors.On the other hand,inflammation can cause tissue damage by releasing the bioactive substances form inflammatory cells.It has been found that many miRNAs are involved in the occurrence and development of inflammatory diseases.Therefore,the studies on the inflammation-related miRNAs is important for the diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory diseases.
