Abstract

NEAT1, a long non-coding RNA discovered in recent years, is closely related to various malignant tumors.NEAT1 takes part in the formation and maintenance of the subnuclear Pamspeckles, it can also play an important role in the development of multiple tumors through different signaling pathways.Recent studies have found that the ectopic expression of NEAT1 is closely related to tumor chemotherapy resistance.NEAT1, a promising target for drug resistance, could provide new insights for reversing drug resistance. This article reviews the specific molecular mechanism of NEAT1 involved in the regulation of tumor chemotherapy drug resistance. Key words: Lung neoplasms; Drug resistance, neoplasm; Long non-coding RNA NEAT1
