Abstract
Head transplantation has become a hot spot in the field of organ transplantation. After more than a century of exploration, the technology and methods of head transplantation have continuously improved, but head transplantation still faces some tough problems, such as immunosuppression, vascular and spinal cord anastomosis, spinal cord fusion, pain control, ischemia reperfusion injury and so on. This paper will review the relevant research on these problems and solutions, trying to provide theoretical basis for human head transplantation.
