Abstract
Aplastic anemia is an acquired disease characterized by bone marrow hematopoietic failure,whose pathological mechanism is complicated. There are studies have demonstrated that the abili-ty of bone marrow microenvironment support hematopoietic is abnormal in the early time. Bone marrow microenvironment consists of bone marrow stromal cells,extracellular matrix and many kinds of cyto-kines,which interact with each other to support normal hematopoietic. Recently,it has found that many haematological diseases are related to hematopoietic microenvironment. Therefore,it is important to study the bone marrow hematopoietic microenvironment to understand the pathological mechanism and provide effective treatment approach of aplastic anemia. This review focuses on the research progress of bone mar-row hematopoietic microenvironment in aplastic anemia. Key words: Aplastic anemia; Bone marrow; Hematopoietic microenvironment
