Abstract
The pressure ulcer risk assessment scale has been widely used in clinical practice because it helps nurses to access the risk of patients' pressure ulcer with accuracy in a short time. This literature review aims to discuss the research progress, diagnosis cutoff, target population, evaluation results, limitations, and further development of the scale, and to provide evidence for its improvement in clinical practice.
