Abstract
ABSTRACT According to bidirectional power flow demand of variable speed constant frequency wind power generation system, doubly fed induction generator (DFIG) fed by the two-stage matrix converter(TSMC) was introduced to this system,the modulation strategy for TSMC and mathematical model for DFIG are all deduced. The stator flux oriented vector control strategy is introduced to this hybrid system combining TSMC. Then, the experimental prototype was set up to verify this system, the part of the grid experimental results are offered under the no-load and the three work states. These results shown that the system fed by TSMC-DFIG could realize the safe power generation combined to the grid in the sub-synchronous, synchronization and super-synchronous state, meanwhile, own sinusoidal input current and unitary displacement factor.
