Research on Training Strategies for Young Teachers in Private Universities in the Post-Epidemic Era

Abstract

The new coronary pneumonia that started at the end of 2019 is still raging around the world, and in this context, paying attention to the training of young teachers in private colleges and universities is one of the priorities for the development of private colleges and universities. Young teachers are an important driving force for the development of private universities, and the normalization of epidemic prevention has led to major changes in the ideology and behavior of young teachers. On the basis of the investigation of the current situation of the development of young teachers, the analysis of the causes of the current situation of young teachers: first, the impact of the epidemic, emotional fluctuations; second, professional learning is not solid; third, the lack of social responsibility. Therefore, specific training strategies are proposed in terms of the universities with master's degree and above training focusing on the cultivation of students' professional skills; the recruitment process of private universities; and the subsequent cultivation of young teachers' abilities and aspirations for sincere dedication to education in private universities.
