To promote the construction and implementation of psychological education in private colleges and universities under the mode of Three-full Education, we must give full play to the role of all personnel in private colleges and universities and carry out the entire process of education at every stage of college students; The mode of psychological education should be all-round permeated in the course of the overall education of the colleges. To analyses the current situation of the way to psychological education of people in private colleges under the mode of “Three-full Education”, and put forward some reasonable advice on the basis of relevant theory and practice of “Three-full Education” and psychological education at home and abroad.
