Abstract

Under the background of informatization, the innovation of "Double-line Integration and Dual-track Driving" teaching mode will reshape the traditional relationship between teaching and learning, broaden the multiple dimensions of teaching time, space and efficiency, and provide more possibilities for the integration, dynamic interaction, platform building and process evaluation of teaching resources of the international business law course. Under the background of various domestic commercial organizations' frequent participation in international commercial activities, the traditional education mode of the international commercial law course can no longer meet the needs of informatization and the changes of the times. Therefore, starting from the advantages of the teaching mode of "Double-line Integration and Dual-track Driving", this paper reexamines the disadvantages of traditional ways of teaching for international commercial law, and constructs a teaching mode of "Double-line Integration and Dual-track Driving", so as to promote the teaching of international commercial law to a higher level.
