Abstract
Talent management is a new stage of human resources management. It breaks the defects of the modular and being divided in the previous HRM, but highlights the systematic, integrity and sustainability. Systematic thinking, which is the basic thinking mode of complex scientific management, is in line with the systematic feature of talent management. In this paper, we'll consider talent management from the perspective of systematic thinking of complex scientific management, and exploring the applications of systematic thinking in talent management.
