Research on the Status and Competitiveness of Chinese Drone Delivery Service

Abstract

물류산업은 경제성장의 중요한 동력으로 작용하고 있다. 4차 산업혁명과 함께 드론 물류는 물류산업의 신산업 분야로 체계적인 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구는 SWOT 분석을 통해 중국의 드론 택배의 현황과 경쟁력 강화 방안을 분석하고 대안을 도출하였다. 드론 택배 혹은 드론 물류와 관련된 연구가 대부분 현황, 정책 등의 연구와 드론 기술(프로그램)과 관련된 연구가 대부분이어서 본 연구에서는 실증분석으로 SWOT 분석을 사용하였다. SWOT 분석을 통해 중국 드론 택배의 문제점은 첫째, 환경의 한계다. 둘째, 거주지 요인, 셋째 드론 기술의 악용, 넷째 원거리의 배달거리 등을 제시할 수 있다. SWOT분석을 통해 다음과 같은 5가지의 경쟁력 대응방안을 제시하였다. 첫째 드론기술 개발과 환경 적응성 증강이 필요하다. 둘째 선진국의 인터넷 보안 지식을 학습하여 시스템의 안전성을 제고하고 해킹을 예방하여 시스템 보안을 강화하고 고객의 사생활 정보를 축소해야 한다. 셋째 드론 택배와 관련한 법의 허점을 보완해야 한다. 즉, 관련 법체계를 보완하여 관련법의 허점을 악용하는 행위를 사전에 차단하여 분쟁을 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 법적 장치를 서둘러 마련해야 하며, 또한 이러한 법규범은 시장의 혼란을 방지할 수 있다. 넷째, 독특한 물류 체계를 갖추어야 한다. 중국은 드론 택배 분야에서 미국과 함께 적극적으로 개발하고 있다. 실제로 중국의 오지를 대상으로 드론 택배의 성공한 사례가 많기 때문에 기술적으로 보면 미래 드론은 중국 물류업계의 발전을 유도할 수 있다. 현재 중국은 <드론 비행관리규정>을 제정하고 있다. 앞으로 중국 드론 택배의 경쟁력이 점점 높아질 것이 기대할 수 있다.The logistics industry plays an important role in economic growth. With the fourth industrial revolution, drone logistics has been systematically studied as a new industrial field of logistics industry. This study analyzed the current state of the drone courier service in China and the ways to enhance competitiveness through the SWOT analysis. Most of the researches related to drone courier or drones are related to the current status and policies, and the research related to the drone technology (program), so SWOT analysis is used as empirical analysis in this study. First, the problem of the Chinese drone courier service through SWOT analysis is the limit of the environment. Second, the residence factor, the abuse of the third drone technology, and the fourth distance of delivery can be presented. Through SWOT analysis, the following five competitiveness countermeasures were suggested. First, it is necessary to develop the drone technology and enhance the environmental adaptability. Second, by learning the Internet security knowledge of advanced countries, system security should be improved, hacking should be prevented, system security should be strengthened and customer privacy information should be reduced. Third, the loopholes in the law related to courier services should be supplemented. In other words, it is necessary to comply with the related legal system and hinder the act of abusing the loopholes of related laws in advance so as to prevent the disputes in advance. Fourth, a unique logistics system should be provided. China is actively developing with the United States in the field of drone delivery. In fact, there are many successful cases of courier services for the outback of China, so technically, the future drones can lead to the development of the Chinese logistics industry. At present, China has enacted the <Drone Flight Management Regulations>. It is expected that the competitiveness of Chinese drones will gradually increase in the future.
