Abstract

In this research, a complete reliability evaluation index system and a complete calculation model of railway emergency logistics supply chains are built based on analyzing the characteristics of emergency logistics and railway transportation. The concepts of emergency logistics and the reliability of emergency logistics supply chains are expounded. Various influencing factors on the reliability of railway emergency logistics supply chain are analyzed for the collection link, the transportation link, and arrival link of emergency materials. According to these factors, the reliability evaluation index system of railway emergency logistics supply chains is established, consisting of 4 first grade indexes: security reliability, time reliability, material utility reliability, and railway emergency ability, in addition to 13 secondary corresponding indexes. Based on the reliability evaluation index system, the calculation model of railway emergency logistics supply chains is established by using BP (backpropagation) neural network algorithm. Finally, some measures for improving the reliability of railway emergency logistics supply chain are proposed.
