Abstract

When the ship's high-power power electronic equipment completes the transformation of the form of electric energy, the low-frequency harmonics generated will affect the quality of the electric power and pose a threat to the safe and stable operation of the ship's electric power system. Due to the limited internal space of the ship, the size and weight of the filter will be limited. To this end, the LC resonance filtering scheme can be used to eliminate low-frequency harmonic interference at a specific frequency. To study the effect of different LC resonator parameters on the surge current of the resonant branch, a mathematical model with an LC resonant filter on the DC output side of the three-phase uncontrolled rectifier circuit was established, and the surge current flowing through the resonant branch was calculated. It is compared with the established equipment simulation model. At the same time, the mathematical model is combined with the visualization method to establish a four-dimensional model of surge current, and the validity of the mathematical model is verified through experiments, which provides a new way for the selection range of LC resonant filter parameters.
